Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Vito-Nero Funerals, LLC, d/b/a Blessing Cremation Center, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Blessing Cremation Center provides direct cremation services, memorial coordination, and related services in Northeast Ohio. All services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission's Funeral Rule.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are current as of the date published and are subject to change without notice. A General Price List (GPL) is available upon request and at our facility in compliance with the FTC Funeral Rule. The prices on the GPL provided at the time of arrangement shall govern the transaction.

Authorization for Cremation

Cremation will not be performed without proper legal authorization as required by Ohio law. The authorizing agent must have legal authority to authorize cremation and must complete all required documentation. Blessing Cremation Center is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing authorization.

Obituary Generator™

The Obituary Generator™ is an AI-powered tool provided as a convenience. By using this tool, you agree to the following:

• You are authorized to provide the personal information submitted about the deceased
• The generated obituary is a draft and should be reviewed for accuracy before publication
• Blessing Cremation Center is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Information submitted may be processed by third-party AI services for the sole purpose of generating the obituary
• We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the Obituary Generator™

Online Forms and Submissions

Information submitted through our online forms (including arrangement forms, contact forms, and intake forms) is transmitted securely. However, submitting information online does not constitute a binding agreement for services. A formal arrangement conference and signed authorization are required before services are performed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of arrangement unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Returned checks are subject to applicable fees. Blessing Cremation Center reserves the right to delay services until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

Blessing Cremation Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Blessing Cremation Center and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. "Obituary Generator™" is a trademark of Blessing Cremation Center. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

Governing Law
