Always in our care.
We own and operate our own cremation facility, not only does this help keep costs low, but it allows us to ensure that your loved one is never outside of our care. While others use third-party crematories, we handle the entire cremation process on-site.
Tracking.
The moment your loved one arrives in our care we time stamp that occurrence and assign them a cremation identification number that we use as part of our check and balance system throughout the entire cremation process.
Identification.
Using our unique viewing room, we provide you the opportunity to view and identify your loved one prior to cremation at our facility.
Our entire staff, including the funeral director and crematory operator will both ensure that all regulatory permits and identification numbers match up prior to the cremation occurring. This is just another step in our process to ensure that we maintain our high standards of security.
Management.
Prior to your loved one being cremated, our crematory operator enters their vital statistics and time stamps the cremation time into our crematory operator log and tracking system. This duplicative step is just another way to ensure that we are maintaining our high standards of cremation integrity.
Cremation.
Following cremation, your loved ones remains will be returned with a metal identification tag corresponding to the identification number assigned to your loved one on arrival. In addition, the cremation certificate and container label will also detail the cremation identification number. Our tracking program will then be updated to signify that all of the cremation steps are completed and our staff will coordinate with you on the return or delivery of remains.
