Toni Ann Lucrezi

Toni Ann Lucrezi passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at her home in Grand River, Ohio.  She was born on January 23, 1952 in Painesville, Ohio and lived a full life at her childhood home in Grand River, Ohio.  

Remembered for her loving, caring and easy-going nature, Toni was also known for her generosity, strong nature and for putting others first.  Those who knew her adored her.  She loved her family and friends, the color “Red” (which was her long-time family nickname), and airplanes.

Toni attended Riverside High School and after school started working for Arc Rubber.  She spent most of her career at Bethendale, which later became Worthington Precision & Metal.  She was a dedicated, well-respected and loyal co-worker who rarely missed a day of work. 

Toni was the oldest of five children and was predeceased by her parents, Toni (Carlton) Lucrezi and Guido Lucrezi.   She is survived by her siblings, Sammy (Bernd) Lecjaks of Grand River, Ohio, Hank (Maggie) Lucrezi of Painesville, Ohio, Diane Lucrezi of Grand River, Ohio, and Harry (Kate) Lucrezi of Houston, Texas, her nieces and nephews, Marya Lecjaks, Bernd (Alisha) Lecjaks, Sean (Blair) Mooney, Heather (Mooney) Marinelli, Marc Lucrezi and Michael Lucrezi, as well as her great nieces and nephews Brandon, Bree, Jason, Andrew and Owen Lecjaks, Quinn and Kailyn Mooney, and Nina and Dominic Marinelli.

Toni had many lifelong friends who kept in touch with her, especially during her illness, and her family is thankful to all of them.

The family will host a celebration of life for Toni at Lakeshore Assembly of God, 8880 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor, OH on Saturday, October 26, 2024.  Friends are invited to wear something red and arrive at 10:30 am.  A memorial service will take place at 11:00 am, followed by a light lunch.
