Roy R. Shinkle age 62 of Perry, passed away on May 31, 2017. Beloved brother of Valerie Rettger; uncle of Melisa Rettger, Beth Albu, and Amy McElfish; great-uncle. son of Roy O and Valeryia (nee Lach) (both deceased).

 A celebration of life will be held Saturday, June 24 from 12 – 6 p.m. at Lake Shore Reservation Lake Metro Parks in Perry, OH.
