Deborah Lynn Jasik Passed away peacefully April 12,2016 57 yrs. old. Debbie was also known as D.J. to friends and family. Survived by loving partner Daniel Adkins, Sister Patricia husband Dale their children Rita, Dale Jr and Jessica McConnell. Brother Jeffrey and sons Jeffrey Jr. and Mark. Preceded in death by Parents Aloysius and Ada Jasik, also youngest sibling Robin Plaisted.

Mass services will be held Saturday April 23.2016 12:00 at St Anthony's Padua Church 316 5th St. Fairport Harbor, OH 44077. Gathering of family and friends following Mass at the Social Hall of St. Anthony's.
