Richard Naumann

“Richard “Rich” Naumann, age 65 of Montville, Ohio died suddenly on February 13, 2023. Son of the late Les and Edna Naumann. Rich was a lifelong Lake and Geauga County resident. He was the owner/operator of L&R Asphalt Paving. Rich was heavily involved in the local race circuit in Lake County, Ohio, having sponsored many local race car enthusiasts. He loved racing, building, and selling cars with his race car family. He enjoyed watching wrestling, and most of all, he loved his dogs.

Rich is survived by his wife, Patty (Howell) Naumann, sister, Kathy (Mike) Boyer, and niece, Abigail Boyer. He is also survived by step-daughter, Angie, and nephew, Donnie Rose.
At Richard’s request, he was cremated and there will be no public service held.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the Geauga County Humane Society.”
