Jette Jacobs

On Feb. 15th, 2023, after a nearly yearlong battle with pancreatic cancer, Jette Jacobs age 74 passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Everyone who knew Jette could attest to her kindness, her love of family, her willingness for adventure, and her dedication to helping others. Always quick with a kind word, Jette never missed an opportunity to help and console others. She enjoyed gardening, antiques, traveling, walking, reading, art, and music. If there is one thing everyone always said about Jette, it was that she was the kindest person they ever met.

Jette was born in August of 1947 in Denmark but lived most of her life in the U.S.A. She was a nurse for over thirty years, knew two languages, was an artist, and an avid gardener. She traveled to many places around the world and was always enthused to see new places and learn about new cultures. Such a dynamic and vibrant person who touched the hearts of so many will be terribly missed by many.

Jette is survived by her husband, Martin, her son, Jonah, her mom Vera, and her sister, Anni.
