Donald E. Budzicki
August 29, 1962 – January 8, 2026
Donald “Don” Budzicki, affectionately known as “Duck,” earned his wings on January 8, 2026, with his family by his side. He was the beloved spouse of Pam (née Chamar). Don was a loving father to his children Mike (Melissa), George (Blaire), Ryan, and Megan (Mike), whom he shared with his former wife, Carol Joyner.
He was an adoring grandfather to Cameron, Bryan, JJ, Lyndsey, Adrianna, Lorelye, Cayden, Colsen, Jamison, and Matthew, and a proud grandparent to his granddogs, Chino and Pixie. Don is survived by his brothers Len (Laura), Steve (the late Paula), and George (Kathy), along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald G. and Helen (née Nowacki) Budzicki.
Don worked in the printing industry for 25 years before spending his later years at Action Door. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, but his greatest joy came from attending his grandchildren’s sporting events, 4-H shows, and birthday parties. Many cherished evenings were spent at family game nights, filled with laughter and togetherness. His hobbies included bowling, darts, golfing, and playing pool.
The family extends a special thank you to the wonderful ICU team at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Words cannot express our gratitude for the amazing job they did.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Until then, raise a beer and toast to Don. Heaven has gained an angel. May you soar high like an eagle and rest in peace, our dearest Donnie.
