Dan Macy

 Dan Macy April 11, 1951 – August 30, 2025 

Dan Macy, 74, of Fairport Harbor, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025. He was born on April 11, 1951, in Painesville, Ohio, to the late Richard and Charlotte Macy. 

Dan was a dedicated worker and business owner in both the plumbing and automotive industries. Outside of his career, he had a passion for drag racing and was a successful sportsman racer, proudly competing in Ohio, North Carolina, and surrounding states. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Sue Arnett Macy; his children, Scott Macy (Angela) of Randleman, NC, Alyson Baczek (Dave) of Painesville, Clayton Bouldin of Geneva and Janine Bouldin of Fairport Harbor; and grandchildren, Andrew Baczek, Ava Baczek, and Lennon Abate. He is also survived by his sister, Joyce Thaler of Elyria, and his brother, Robert Macy of North Carolina. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ronald Macy. 

Dan will be remembered for his mechanical skill, competitive spirit, and deep love for his family
