Belinda Kay Lunceford

Belinda Kay Lunceford passed away in her home in Mentor, Ohio on February 3, 2026. Belinda was born on August 22, 1949 to the late Leo Lunceford and Marilyn Lunceford and is also preceded in death by Danny Lunceford and Chris Lunceford. She worked as a nurse for Mount Sinai and the Veteran’s Association before retiring in 2012. Her career in nursing reflected her overwhelming love for people, which she carried with her to her family. Belinda is survived in Ohio by her daughter, Teera Lunceford, and three grandchildren, Tyler Mothersbaugh, Zachary Mothersbaugh, and Alyssa Mothersbaugh. She was also beloved by her family in and around Tennessee. In her personal life, Belinda had a passion for reading and her favorite team, the Cleveland Guardians. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday April 1st at the Brown Barn Tavern 10700 Mayfield Rd Chardon 44024 from,  4-7.
