Arthur F. Smith

Arthur F. Smith age 87, of Akron, OH. Passed away peacefully at home on March 2, 2020. Born June 30, 1932. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Laverne S. Smith, his children Sue R. Walder, Kelly Shaw (Scott Boyce), Scott (Michelle) Smith. Arthur had 6 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his faithful cat of 21 years Nicky. Arthur served in the Navy and Korean War. He then went on to become a printer for BF Goodrich for 32 years. He enjoyed many things in life, but mostly his family. Services for Arthur will be at a later date and time.
